Renting is not selling. A WooCommerce rental plugin for equipment, tools and gear hired by the day has to answer a different question: the same camera goes out on Tuesday and comes back Friday, and whether it can go out again on Thursday depends on when it is due back and how long you need to check it over.
RentFlow turns a WooCommerce product into something you hire: the customer picks a date range, the plugin checks what is already booked against it, adds the buffer you set between hires, and prices the days.
Everything in the box, so there is nothing to discover after checkout.
Any existing WooCommerce product. There is no second catalogue to keep in step.
Price per day, minimum and maximum hire length, and the buffer between hires.
The customer picks dates, the plugin checks what is already out, and prices the days.
No. The date-range picker checks what is already booked before it accepts a range, and the buffer you set between hires is treated as unavailable too — so an item due back Friday is not offered for Friday morning.
Cleaning, checking over, or transport. It is the gap between a hire coming back and the same item going out again, and it is the difference between a rental system and a calendar.
Yes, a refundable deposit collected at checkout through your ordinary WooCommerce gateway. Refunding it is a normal WooCommerce refund.
No. $39 one-time for one site, with a year of updates and support; the plugin keeps working after that. Most alternatives are $49–$199 per year.
Yes. Each rentable product has a stock-units count, and a date range is accepted while the number of hires overlapping it is below that count — so 5 units in stock means 5 can be out on the same dates, and the sixth customer is told the dates are taken.
Hourly, yes: set a price per hour on the product and any hire shorter than a day is priced by the hour. Weekly, no — there is no separate weekly rate. Pricing is per day with an optional weekend multiplier; if you only hire by the week, set the minimum hire length to 7 days.
No — that is the main design decision. Any WooCommerce product becomes rentable, so the product you already sell photos of is the product you hire out.
There is a rentals list with dates and status, and it exports to CSV. That list is usually what somebody prints on a Monday morning.
Everything else is in the RentFlow documentation, and anything it does not answer goes to support@webkoding.com.

Ask a few questions, show a price before anyone picks up the phone.

Run the workshop from the job card, not from a diary and a shoebox.
We will write when there is a new plugin, or a release worth knowing about. A few emails a year, each about something we actually shipped — no offers, no sequence, and your address goes nowhere else.
One click to leave, from any of them. What we do with it.
