Worked example
At 15%, a price of ETB 1,000.00 before VAT becomes ETB 1,150.00, of which ETB 150.00 is VAT.
The other way round, ETB 1,000.00 including VAT is ETB 869.57 before it — divide by 1.15 rather than taking 15% off, which is the usual mistake.
