Worked example
At 9%, a price of SGD 100.00 before GST becomes SGD 109.00, of which SGD 9.00 is GST.
The other way round, SGD 100.00 including GST is SGD 91.74 before it — divide by 1.09 rather than taking 9% off, which is the usual mistake.

Under WooCommerce → Settings → Tax → Standard rates, add a row with the country code SG and a rate of 9, leaving the state and postcode empty.
